As indicated by the etymology of the Greek term PHYO (sprouting, becoming, going out, growing, making out ..), the program seeks to publicize something that is not yet, but can become, allowing a relationship to another between some kind of unconsummed authorship and a receiver who is forced to receive something that is not yet a closed proposal.

From PHYO, Arragua proposes that it is possible to think of other relationships that do not go through cultural merchandise and its consumption, opening as far as possible a relationship in experimental disposition.

This program seeks, on the one hand, to establish some type of return of the Arragua Residences program, through the publicization of the work carried out during the residence and the local context, and on the other hand, through the invitation to external projects, not resident in Arragua, give density to this transmission platform.
